5 Questions to Ask Yourself After a Cancer Diagnosis

“ I went home after a terminal prognosis       and told the Universe it had ten days to       come up with a new plan.

   Ten days later, everything changed.”

Cancer diagnoses navigated with consciousness,                 humor, and an unshakeable refusal to accept

a reality that did not serve me.

1×   A terminal prognosis rejected.

A new diagnosis received ten days later.

          Not theory. Lived truth.

You Are Seen Here

Right now you are probably moving through

disbelief, overwhelm, fear, and anger

All of that is real. And none of it has to be the end of the story.

The moment you heard those words, everything changed. Your mind went to work before the doctor even finished speaking. A story began forming about what this means, what comes next, and what is possible for your life.

That story is not fixed. Your mindset and beliefs play a role in how this experience unfolds, and that is exactly where this work begins.

What the System Provides

Your medical team is extraordinary at what they do.

Your oncologist, your surgeon, your care team, they are focused on your body and they do it beautifully.

That part is handled.

  • Treatment plans and medical protocols

  • Physical monitoring and care

  • Clinical expertise and guidance

  • The healing of your physical self

What Often Goes Unaddressed

Nobody prepares you for the inside of this experience.

The fear, the anger, the loss of identity, the overwhelming sense that you have no control. The real and sometimes ugly truth of what cancer actually feels like to live through.

That is the gap. That is the space this work lives in.

  • Your psychological and emotional experience

  • Your sense of identity and purpose

  • Your belief in what is still possible

  • Your spiritual connection to yourself

About Sharon Clark

She has sat in that chair. She knows what hearing those words feels like.

Sharon Clark has navigated cancer four times, including a terminal metastatic diagnosis in 2017. She was given two to five years to live. She rejected that reality, completely and loudly, and ten days later received a different diagnosis entirely.

“I had experienced, in a very real and undeniable way, what it meant to hold a belief so strongly that you refuse to accept anything else.”

“Sharon is an experienced life coach and trained practitioner in Root Cause Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Quantum Release, and Positive Psychology. What she brings to this work goes far beyond credentials and certification. It is lived truth. She knows what it feels like to navigate treatment, recovery, and the complicated emotional landscape that no one talks about. And she knows what becomes possible when you begin to see yourself not as someone cancer is happening to, but as someone who has a role in how it unfolds.

Her approach is conscious, practical, rooted in humor, and grounded in everything she has been through. All with a commitment to meeting you exactly where you are.
